That&rsquo;s why <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marian-van-doormalen-7800358b\/\">Marian van Doormalen<\/a> is happy to tell you why she likes working at Eqeep.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"introduction\">Kennismaken<\/h3><p>Mijn naam is Marian en ik werk sinds november 2021 bij Eqeep als Functioneel Consultant. Ik ben bij Eqeep gaan werken omdat ik als Young Professional op zoek was naar een bedrijf dat mij kon ondersteunen bij het realiseren van mijn ambities. Omdat Eqeep een klein bedrijf is merk je dat er genoeg aandacht is voor jou als persoon en als werknemer. Eqeep helpt je om je soft skills te verbeteren en je kennis te verdiepen. Deze ondersteuning geeft mij de mogelijkheid om te groeien binnen het bedrijf en binnen mijn vakgebied.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-makes-working-at-eqeep-fun\">Wat maakt werken bij Eqeep leuk<\/h3><p>Ik ga elke dag met plezier naar mijn werk omdat het werken bij Eqeep uitdagend en leuk is. Er werken sociale en behulpzame collega's van verschillende leeftijden en ervaringen. Zo kun je altijd een praatje maken op kantoor en stap je gemakkelijk op je collega's af voor vragen.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-i-choose-eqeep\">Waarom ik voor Eqeep heb gekozen<\/h3><p>Tijdens mijn studie kwam ik erachter dat mijn interesses liggen in het onderzoeken van verschillende bedrijfsprocessen en het optimaliseren daarvan. Nu, als functioneel consultant van een ERP-pakket, kan ik mijn interesses een vervolg geven. Samen met de klant praten we over hun bedrijfsprocessen en maak je de vertaalslag naar een ERP Systeem. Daarnaast kun je kijken hoe je het proces kunt optimaliseren door het ERP-systeem optimaal in te zetten. Elke nieuwe klant, elke implementatie en elke situatie brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Hierdoor blijf je altijd op zoek naar de beste manier, leer je continu en word je uitgedaagd. Saai wordt het dus nooit! Daarnaast is het werk enorm afwisselend. Soms zit je op kantoor achter je laptop documentatie te schrijven en andere dagen sta je voor een groep mensen een training te geven.<\/p><p>In het afgelopen jaar heb ik ervaren dat je bij Eqeep direct betrokken wordt en dat je deel uitmaakt van een leuk team. Collega's staan altijd klaar voor een leuk gesprek of om je vragen te beantwoorden. Verder krijg je de kans om je in je eigen tempo te ontwikkelen en biedt het bedrijf je de ruimte om van fouten te leren.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"three-reasons-you-should-work-at-eqeep\">Drie redenen om bij Eqeep te werken<\/h3><p>Ik ontvang je graag binnenkort bij Eqeep!
