Natuurlijk kunnen we je vertellen dat je bij ons moet solliciteren omdat we een goede werkgever zijn, maar onze medewerkers kunnen je er meer over vertellen. Daarom vertelt Mithun Venkatesh<\/a> likes to tell you why he likes working at Eqeep.<\/p>

Kennismaken<\/h3>

Ik ben Mithun en werk sinds oktober 2021 bij Eqeep als Senior Functioneel Consultant. Ik ben bij Eqeep gaan werken omdat Eqeep, als belangrijkste partner van IFS ERP in de Benelux, mij volop de kans geeft om mijn vaardigheden te ontdekken en mij aanmoedigt om projecten aan te nemen waarvan ik dacht dat ze mijn vaardigheden ver te boven gingen. Het zit in het DNA van de Eqeep-cultuur om hun werknemers regelmatig uit te dagen en de nodige begeleiding en ondersteuning te bieden om dit te bereiken.<\/p>

Wat maakt werken bij Eqeep leuk<\/h3>

Ik werk elke dag met een glimlach omdat het goed, veilig en zeker voelt om voor Eqeep te werken! Alles wat we doen is belangrijk en dat motiveert ons om nog harder te werken en betere resultaten te behalen, om alle zorg en aandacht die je van Eqeep krijgt compleet te maken. Ik hou van mijn baan omdat ik van mijn werk houd. Het biedt een geweldige kans om mensen te ontmoeten en idee\u00ebn uit te wisselen die echt om mij als persoon en om mijn professionele groei geven. Als positief persoon heb ik altijd de goede instelling om samen te werken en gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken die draaien om de ondersteuning van klanten.<\/p>

Waarom ik voor Eqeep heb gekozen<\/h3>

Ik ben vanuit India naar Nederland verhuisd om bij Eqeep te komen werken omdat Eqeep een geweldige werkplek is die veel vrijheid en controle geeft met mijn baan. Ik werk fulltime met een flexibel rooster, zowel binnen als buiten kantoor.<\/p>
