Great the ERP, but what exactly is it?
ERP is short for Enterprise Resource Planning, which is a software system that helps manage and automate your entire business. It combines business processes, allowing different departments within the organization, such as finance, procurement, HR and supply chain, among others, to work together more efficiently.
What is it and for who?
This traineeship offers a fantastic career kickstart for recent graduates. It is an intensive and effective 7-month track, preparing you for a new role within Eqeep, where you will also be working with customers. With a variety of positions available, there is a good chance there is a position that is a perfect fit for you.

Traineeship
Between September 2025 and February 2026, we are offering a traineeship that will allow you to be trained to become a junior ERP consultant at Eqeep. During these six months you will have the opportunity to work with experienced consultants. You will visit customers, attend meetings and gain experience of working in this sector. During this traineeship you will receive training in our ERP systems, IFS and Oracle NetSuite, to make you familiar with these systems for professional use. You will also receive training to develop your consultancy skills. The program combines practice and theory in the workplace, setting the foundation for a successful career at Eqeep.
In this traineeship you will not only get to know the organization within half a year, but you will also develop into a true junior consultant and have all the tools to give your career a flying start!

Start traineeship
At the start of your traineeship, you will be linked to an experienced consultancy colleague. This colleague will guide you throughout the traineeship, offering support and helping you develop your skills. You will also get to know your team and your manager. They will form the basis of your professional network!
First 2 months
The first two months are dedicated to intensive training and development for the field. You will attend a series of trainings aimed at improving soft skills, which will be provided Capgemini. You will also attend hard skills training at the IFS Academy for in-depth technical knowledge and skills relevant to your role. During this period, you will gain additional experience through the opportunity to discuss and speak with various colleagues. This will help you gain practical insights and experiences.
Month 3 - 5
From the third month you will actively participate with the teams and work directly on projects with customers. In this phase, you will put into practice the theory learned from the trainings. You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants, but you will also have the space to perform tasks independently. As a result, you will experience what it is like to operate in a professional consultancy environment.
Month 6 - 7
The last two months are the concluding phase of your traineeship. During this period, you will be prepared for your transition into the role of a junior consultant. You will work on further refining your skills and knowledge that you have gained. A personal development plan will be drawn up together to determine where your ambitions lie and how Eqeep can contribute to this. After all, learning and growing never stops!
