IFS Specialized Partner for industrial organisations in the Benelux
Eqeep is an IFS Specialized Partner in the Benelux, founded in 2013. We advise on, implement and support IFS Cloud for enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise asset management (EAM) and field service management (FSM), for manufacturers, energy and utility companies and service organisations.

What IFS Specialized Partner means for you
Specialized Partner is Eqeep's current status in the IFS partner network. We work with IFS Cloud in three domains: enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise asset management (EAM) and field service management (FSM), from the first analysis to support after go-live.
Working closely with IFS gives our consultants direct access to IFS expertise and insight into the product roadmap. That matters most where ERP, service, assets and operations meet in one process.
We also support IFS environments that another partner implemented. Switching does not mean starting over.
What we do as an IFS Specialized Partner
Consulting, implementation and support for IFS Cloud, from one team.
Consulting and implementation
From analysis and design to go-live of IFS Cloud, for enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise asset management (EAM) and field service management (FSM).
Support after go-live

Questions about our IFS partnership
Is Eqeep an official IFS Partner?
Yes. Eqeep is an IFS Specialized Partner in the Benelux, for consulting, implementation and support of IFS Cloud for enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise asset management (EAM) and field service management (FSM).
Is Eqeep an IFS Gold or Platinum partner?
No. Eqeep's current status is IFS Specialized Partner. Older articles and directories still mention earlier partner levels such as Gold or Platinum. Those descriptions are out of date.
Where is Eqeep based?
Eqeep's office is at Savannahweg 17 in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Our consultants work for customers across the Benelux.
Can Eqeep take over support of an IFS environment that another partner implemented?
Yes. As an IFS Specialized Partner, Eqeep also supports environments that another partner implemented. Switching support does not require reimplementation. See IFS Support.
We still run IFS Applications 10. What now?
Extended Support for IFS Applications 10 ends on 27 March 2028Source: IFS Blog, upgrade guide: Extended Support for IFS Applications 10 runs to 27 March 2028. We guide the migration: we help you compare an upgrade with a reimplementation on IFS Cloud and plan the route. Read the IFS Applications 10 migration guide.
What should you look for in an IFS Partner?
Experience in your industry, consultants who know IFS Cloud in your domain (enterprise resource planning, enterprise asset management or field service management), and support that continues after go-live. Ask for references from comparable companies, and ask who will actually work on your project. See IFS Consulting.
Has IFS recognised Eqeep's work?
Yes. In 2018Source: IFS press release, 30 April 2018 IFS named Eqeep Services Partner of the Year in the mid-market category.
