IFS Cloud ERP implementation

Eqeep implements IFS Cloud ERP for Benelux manufacturers and service organisations: finance, production, supply chain and projects in one process.

Where do finance and operations need the same figures?

Finance directors need margins, stock values and project costs they can trace back to the transaction. Eqeep designs the cost structure, approvals and reporting with your controllers. Read how we work in our ERP implementation methodology.

Planners and buyers need demand, capacity and stock in one view. IFS Cloud connects sales orders, production, purchasing and inventory. We map each handover with the people who own it, so exceptions reach the right person. Explore composable ERP for manufacturers.

IT leads running IFS Applications 10 work towards a fixed date. IFS’s February 2026 support policy lists Extended Support until 27 March 2028 and Restricted Support until 27 March 2030. We review your version and agreement, then plan a technical upgrade or reimplementation. See the IFS Applications 10 migration guide.

Which ERP processes should IFS Cloud connect?

Eqeep assesses IFS Cloud functions against your processes, data and existing systems. We agree scope, integrations and licences before implementation, so your teams configure only what they use.

Discover IFS Cloud

IFS introduces IFS Cloud: one platform for ERP, enterprise asset management (EAM) and field service management (FSM). Use it to brief colleagues before your first scoping session.

How Flamingo Flowers removed manual purchasing steps

Flamingo Flowers

Flamingo Flowers connects grower orders to IFS

Flamingo Flowers agrees thousands of purchasing agreements with growers each year. Eqeep built an application programming interface (API) between IFS and the flower trading system, so prices and quantities are checked before goods arrive. The published story describes less manual handling, lower logistics costs and export documents compiled in IFS. This example concerns an earlier IFS Applications implementation.

One chain from sales order to invoice

An order passes through sales, planning, purchasing and finance. Eqeep connects the information at each handover and agrees who approves what.

  1. Order

    Sales and quotations

Sales enters quotations and orders against current prices, stock and capacity. Customers receive delivery dates your planners can meet.

  2. Plan

    Production and capacity

IFS Cloud calculates material and capacity requirements from open orders. Planners adjust the schedule as orders and supply change.

People decide: planners weigh customer priorities against available capacity.

  3. Buy

    Purchasing and stock

Purchase proposals follow from demand, lead times and stock levels. Buyers handle supplier exceptions before they reach production.

People decide: buyers approve orders and alternative suppliers.

  4. Invoice

    Finance and reporting

Deliveries, costs and invoices post to the general ledger. Controllers review margins per order, project or product line.

Questions before choosing an ERP route

When is IFS Cloud the right ERP choice?

When finance, production, projects or service need one connected process. For a small administrative requirement, the implementation effort may outweigh the benefits. Eqeep assesses process needs, integrations and available capacity before recommending a route.

How long does an IFS Cloud ERP implementation take?

That depends on scope, data quality, integrations and your team’s availability for testing. Eqeep estimates the work after a short analysis of those dependencies. We agree milestones and acceptance moments before the project starts. See how we implement.

What happens when IFS Applications 10 support ends?

Extended Support runs until 27 March 2028. Restricted Support follows until 27 March 2030, without new fixes or updates. We review your version and agreement and plan a technical upgrade or reimplementation. Read the migration guide.

Can IFS run alongside SAP or another ERP system?

Yes, with defined responsibilities and data flows. We assess which processes belong in IFS Cloud and which stay in SAP or another system. Your team decides the system boundaries and data ownership.

What does IFS Cloud ERP cost?

Licence costs depend on users, modules and the deployment model. Implementation costs depend on scope, data and integrations. Eqeep prepares an estimate after the analysis; IFS Cloud cost drivers explains the components.

How do people stay in control when processes are automated?

Approvals and exceptions stay with the people responsible. Automation prepares the work and shows deviations. Your team assesses the effect on customers, stock and financial risk.
