Technology is one thing. What happens on the floor is another. We test the complete solution together with your key users. Does it work as expected? Does it support their actual daily tasks? Their feedback is the last, and most important, sign-off before go-live.
Go-live is a planned step, not a leap. The first day after go-live is not the end of the project. It’s day one of the next phase.

That said, we’ll be honest: without the data analysis from the first phase, we’re working from assumptions and interviews. That carries more risk and often takes longer to get to the real issues. Our advice is to at least run a basic analysis of your transaction data first.
